Bushra Ali

Bushra has extensive experience offering outplacement and career transition training across all organisational tiers for top-tier firms in logistics, supply chain, healthcare, and more. Her passion lies in being a connector and motivator – training candidates in professional rebranding, resume development, cover letter writing, interview techniques and the effective use of digital networking platforms to achieve their job transition goals and career aspirations.

Prior to her involvement in Talent Management and Outplacement Training, she was extensively involved in Market Research and Corporate Advisory. Her past research spans topics including behavioural economics, consumer behaviour, renewable energy markets, education and social entrepreneurship. Her research has been published by the London-based Overseas Development Institute (ODI). In addition to English, she is fluent in Mandarin, Arabic and Urdu/Hindi. She has a dual degree in Economics and Chinese from Williams College, Massachusetts, USA.
